It also features as an important part of managing change within a business environment.
My area of focus within coaching is change – what I refer to as change coaching. The work I do as a change coach spans personal, business, corporate and executive coaching.

In parallel with my consulting, I believe that change coaching can compliment and support individuals and businesses through the change process. I am able to leverage the skills and experiences gained from my consulting and apply them to coaching.
